We are trying to purchase
the Grand Palace theatre in Branson, Mo. The
price tag is $10,000,000 it will actually
cost us more than that. We have a short
period of time to close on the deal. Like
the week of October 12, 2008. The only thing
standing in our way is a backer which would
need no money up front just the ability to
sign the note with us for about 6 months.
However after 2 months I have a plan for
them to be completely risk free. For doing
this they would receive $500,000 for 5 years
or 2.5 Million Dollars.
The other thing is the money for deposits on
the artist and incidentals this is $700,000
that we would need. This money would be paid
back within 2 months with $175,000 interest.
We are planning major artists to play here
such as Reba, Alan Jackson, George Jones,
Randy Travis, Randy Owen and many more...
